INBRX-106 advanced solid tumor study
Phase 1/2 research evaluating INBRX-106 alone and with pembrolizumab.
Study overview
This open-label, multicenter, first-in-human Phase 1/2 study is evaluating INBRX-106 by itself and in combination with pembrolizumab in people with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. A listed open cohort includes non-small cell lung cancer. The study uses dose-escalation and multicohort stages to examine the investigational treatment in carefully defined participant groups.
What the research examines
Early-phase research commonly evaluates safety, tolerability, dose selection, and how an investigational medicine behaves in the body. Expansion groups may also assess preliminary antitumor activity. Procedures can include examinations, laboratory tests, imaging, tumor measurements, and monitoring for side effects. Participants assigned to a combination group may receive pembrolizumab according to the protocol. INBRX-106 is investigational, so its benefits and risks are not fully established. Pembrolizumab also has specific risks reviewed during informed consent.
