AMG 193 MTAP-null solid tumor study

Study overview

This Phase 1/1b/2 study is evaluating AMG 193 by itself and in combination with docetaxel in people with advanced MTAP-null solid tumors. The listed open cohorts include non-small cell lung cancer, esophageal or gastric cancer, and glioma. MTAP-null describes a tumor finding identified through molecular testing. What the research examines

Early-phase clinical research commonly evaluates safety, tolerability, dose selection, and how an investigational medicine behaves in the body.
