An observational study of people with locally advanced or metastatic TRK fusion cancer treated with larotrectinib.
Study overview
ON-TRK is a prospective, noninterventional study that follows adults with locally advanced or metastatic cancer containing an NTRK gene fusion who are treated with larotrectinib in routine clinical practice. Because this is an observational study, the protocol does not assign the cancer treatment. Treatment decisions remain with the participant and treating clinician. The research collects information about how larotrectinib is used and how participants do over time.
What researchers are evaluating
Researchers may review treatment exposure, disease assessments, side effects, quality-of-life information, and other outcomes documented during usual care. The study is intended to add real-world evidence about the safety and effectiveness of larotrectinib across eligible tumor types. Visits, imaging, laboratory tests, and other care are directed by the treating team rather than created solely for the observational protocol. The study does not guarantee that larotrectinib is appropriate or available for any individual.
Considering participation
Potential eligibility may depend on age, a confirmed NTRK gene fusion, cancer stage, treatment with larotrectinib, prior therapy, health status, and protocol timing.
